As the General Manager at Crowcombe Court, it is a privilege to oversee the operations of such a remarkable historic venue and to play a role in the many unforgettable celebrations that take place here.
I am passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring that every couple experiences the highest level of care and service from their first visit through to their wedding day. While I guide the overall operations of the venue, it is the dedication, professionalism, and passion of our team that truly brings each event to life.
Working alongside such a talented group of people is one of the most rewarding parts of my role. Together, we take great pride in creating seamless, beautifully delivered weddings that reflect the elegance and character of Crowcombe Court.
For me, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing Crowcombe Court come to life on a wedding day and knowing our team has helped create memories that will last a lifetime.

As Operations Manager, I oversee the day-to-day running of our venue, ensuring every wedding and event is delivered to the highest standard. I work closely with our wedding coordination team, supporting and developing them while making sure every couple receives exceptional service from their first visit through to their big day. My focus is on creating seamless operations behind the scenes so that every celebration feels effortless for our couples and their guests.
One of my favourite moments at every wedding is just before the ceremony begins. There’s a real sense of excitement in the air, and it’s a privilege to help create a calm, reassuring atmosphere before such an important moment.

As Head Chef, I create menus and ensure our kitchen consistently meets and exceeds the highest food safety standards – we’re proud to hold a 5-star rating. I mentor a talented team of chefs who deliver beautifully presented dishes to delight you and your guests.
My current favourite dish on the menu is Beef Bourguignon.
Russell Bridgewater
Estates Manager
My part in your love story
My role as Estate Manager is to ensure this beautiful Grade 1 listed building is kept at the highest possible standards. My job is non-stop with a building of this size, but it is an absolute pleasure to work on a building so beautiful.
My favourite part of the venue is our grounds, especially the lake!
