Weddings and Receptions

Crowcombe Court is licensed for civil marriage and commitment ceremonies in the great hall. We can seat up to 90 guests or up to 120 if some stand (the ceremony is usually only about 20 minutes). You can also speak to our Rector about a marriage or blessing in the village church, at the end of our drive.

For the wedding breakfast, we can seat up to 90 together in our dining room. Larger numbers will require a marquee.

We work only with our recommended independent caterers, who bring their teams to the house to create a meal uniquely for you. There are no set menus, and the food is fantastic value for such high quality. Day drinks are provided by our recommended wine merchant at his direct prices plus staff costs.

We are very flexible so you can choose how you would like your tables to be arranged, whether to have the speeches before, during or after the meal, or your coffee to be served at table or in the hall after the meal.
