As far as possible, all ingredients are locally sourced within the West Country. He has also developed an extensive and visually appealing range of canapés varying from the elegance of Miniature Eggs Benedict to the more rustic and robust Venison Sausage Roll.
The wine cellars at Crowcombe Court offer a varied and interesting range of wines from across the World, at reasonable prices which can be matched to your chosen menu.
Reception drinks can vary from Champagnes and sparkling wines to Pimms and, in the Winter months, mulled wines and ciders.
