How your wedding is priced

Firstly, to hire Crowcombe Court you pay our exclusive use venue fee.                                      
                 
April-July 2010:                            £2,750                  
August-November 2010:                 £3,000                 
December 2010-February 2011:     £3,250                 
March/April 2011:                         £3,400                  
May-December 2011:                     £3,600                 

Prices valid for up to 90 adult day guests, up to 150 evening, except that there will be an additional charge for table/chair hire for over 90 day guests, which requires the use of a second dining room. For 2010, we will reduce the charge by £250 if you are not holding your ceremony here. For details of our inclusive costings, please ask for our full information pack.

2.  Secondly, your food and drinks are arranged directly with our recommended caterer and wine merchant. As a guide for 2011, a three-course wedding breakfast will be from £30.00 per head; canapes, from £5.50 per head; simple evening buffet of cheese platters, cold meats, etc., from £5.50 per head (no minimum quantity). A generous day drinks package including reception drinks, wine throughout the meal and champagne for toasts, would be from £12.00 per head. These prices include service, hire charges and any VAT. There may be a set-up charge for the pay bar, to cover staff costs, but please note that drinks will be sold to your guests at local pub prices, not inflated as at some venues!
