Venue Fees & Other Costs

Venue Hire
Our fixed venue hire fee is £2,900 for April 2008 and the first three weeks of May 2008; £3,200 for the rest of May, June and July 2008 (no VAT currently applicable). This gives you exclusive use of the whole venue for your wedding day. No extra charge for a civil ceremony.

Drinks
Your choice of reception drinks and table wines are supplied, at retail prices and on a sale or return basis, by our local wine wholesaler. He will also provide service and arrange your evening bar, free or licensed as you require. We do not charge corkage. We estimate that £10-12 a head should cover the day drinks.

Catering
A superb three-course meal with coffee will start from £27.50 a head, including full restaurant service and china/cutlery hire. Canapes, from £3 per head. For the evening buffet, from £6.50 a head. There are no minimum order levels so you will not end up paying for more food than your guests require.

You pay for your own music, flowers, transport - we can make recommendations.
